We close the property out for winter so you don't have to drive back up just to rake. Full cleanup, gutter clear-out, and an end-of-season summary for owners heading south.

When is fall cleanup at Priest Lake?
Mid-September through late October, depending on the season and how cold it gets. We schedule late-season visits to catch the last drop of needles.Do you cover gutters?
Single-story gutter clean-out is standard. Multi-story or steep-pitch roofs we'll quote separately depending on access.
